We're seeking the right candidate for the position of

RN Supervisor

at

Cleveland Community Care Center

. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Available Shift: 3p-11p

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:


+ Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services. + Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
+ Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
+ Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
+ Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
+ Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.

The Ideal Candidate:

+ Current Mississippi Registered Nurse (RN) license. + Demonstrated leadership skills.
+ Ability to work weekends.
+ Current/active CPR certification preferred.
+ Long-term care experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

+ Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. + Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
+ Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
