Full-Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Join an established, team-based Women's Health practice

serving patients across the Tri-Lakes and Champlain Valley. Adirondack Health is seeking a

Full-Time Women's Health NP

to provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care alongside a collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, and experienced clinical support staff.

Role Highlights

Provide evidence-based

outpatient women's health care

: preventive visits, prenatal/postpartum care, contraceptive counseling, and management of common GYN conditions Perform

office procedures

within scope (e.g., Pap/HPV, IUD/implant insertion and removal, endometrial biopsy) Partner closely with physicians, midwives, RNs, and MAs to deliver

coordinated, patient-centered care

Offer same-day access when feasible and support quality, safety, and access initiatives Document care in the EMR, ensure care continuity, and participate in care management and patient education

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP)

with

current NY licensure

and

national board certification

(WHNP preferred; FNP with strong women's health experience considered) Experience in outpatient OB/GYN or women's health preferred;

new graduates

with strong clinical rotations are welcome Competence with common in-office women's health procedures and a commitment to collaboration, communication, and equity in care

Compensation & Schedule

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $155,000
