Practice Highlights: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center - Boise, and Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seek a cardiac Advanced Practice Provider genuinely interested in cardiovascular disease and a patient centered approach to outpatient care to be provided in the clinical setting with a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. The primary role of this Advanced Practice Provider would be to provide outpatient support for the clinic and the secondary role is to provide inpatient support at the hospital.
In addition to establishing an outpatient cardiology presence, this position will be responsible for supervising stress testing for EKG Stress, Nuclear Stress and Stress ECHO within the hospital.

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner medical license in Oregon; Valid controlled substance registration with Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
• A strong medical background and a desire to provide acute care to support a growing multi-specialty medical group. In providing this support, you will obtain an Idaho medical licensure to maintain and strengthen the Health System\'s general internal program across all communities we serve.
• Previous advance practice provider experience in cardiac disease management or chronic care management preferred.
