Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full time Board certified Nurse Practitioner. This position will be 4 days a week with no weekend or night coverage.
Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing is an attractive, secure residence where loved ones are assured of skilled nursing care and assistance with daily living and where privacy is honored and individuality respected. Helen Porter has accommodations for 98 beds. We are licensed by the state of Vermont and certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Helen Porter is a skilled and intermediate care residence which specializes in providing a home-like environment including:

Requirements:
NP graduated from accredited program
Previous experience is desired
BLS certified
Active State license in good standing
