Summary

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $5,000 sign on for New Grad Registered Nurses, $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 1-3 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 3 years of experience!

• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position.

Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. * Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Your Role:

This position collaboratively with the Director of Central Staffing to manage the Coastal Healthcare Alliance\'s staffing resources. Responsibilities include managing resources (human, material, and financial), to ensure quality, cost-effective delivery of services for specific patient populations. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Recognized as a professional role model, promoting an environment that supports the goals, mission, vision, philosophy and values of the Division of Nursing Services and the Coastal Healthcare Alliance. The Manager reports directly to the Director of Central Staffing and acts as a resource in the absence of the Director.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): * Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Master\'s Degree in Nursing or other health-related field preferred.

• License/Certifications: Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Maine required, BSN Required, or entry into BSN program within 6 months and completion within 2 years; Current American Heart Association certifications in BLS required.
• Experience: Three years acute care experience preferred, with a minimum of two years of supervisory/leadership experience required; previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, employees, customers, and board of directors
• Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and experience with scheduling software
