An exceptional career opportunity for Nursing Director of Labor and Delivery Perinatal Service Line is now available with a reputable and financially stable medical center in Wyoming.

The Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will be working with a hospital that exists to serve the healthcare and social needs: body, mind, and spirit of the surrounding communities. The Nursing Director of Women\'s and Children\'s will join a team with vision to promote the full development of the human person, preservation of health and well-being of the community, and just reimbursement for these services.

The Nurse Director of Labor and Delivery Perinatal Services will have administrative responsibility for a busy and fast paced Maternal Child Health department. The department delivers 3,000 babies in the Family Life Center with 225 babies cared for in state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

The Nursing Director of Women\'s and Children\'s Services will be responsible for the strategic planning, business development, operational turnaround and improvement of the department. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director of Labor and Delivery Perinatal Services will collaborate closely with the Nurse Director of Quality Management for Performance and Productivity Improvement Measures.

The Nurse Administrator of Women\'s and Children\'s Perinatal Services will be supported by Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery, Nurse Manager of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Nurse Manager of Postpartum and Pediatrics, Charge Nurses and 68 skillful and tenured FTEs.
