Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the ED Nurse Director Emergency Services will lead up to 30 FTEs including Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Emergency Technicians, and other support staff. The ED Nurse Director Emergency Services will be an influential change agent with the ability to shape the long-term goals of the department through process improvement initiatives and ensuring staff meet professional standards of care. The Nurse Director of Emergency Room will need effective collaboration skills with Clinical Managers, Physicians, and other staff to foster a resilient working environment and improve the patient experience.
