We're expanding and are currently seeking

Final Mile Delivery Drivers and Helpers

to join our growing team. These positions are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction through safe, efficient, and professional furniture delivery and assembly.

Job Responsibilities

Drivers & Helpers will work as a team to:

Deliver, assemble, and install furniture and household goods into customers' homes. averaging 10-13 stops per day. Carefully handle, load, and unload merchandise to avoid damage. Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to confirm placement of their items. Inspect products and report any damages or missing parts immediately. Operate company vehicles safely and follow all DOT and company guidelines (Drivers only). Ensure all paperwork and delivery confirmations are completed accurately. Upon completion of daily routes, assist in

loading and organizing the truck for the next day's deliveries

. Maintain a clean truck, uniform, and professional appearance at all times. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of final mile, home delivery, or moving industry experience

required. Must pass

drug and alcohol screening

.

Punctuality and reliability are mandatory.

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver furniture and heavy items (up to 100 lbs). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Clean and professional appearance.

Drivers:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Helpers:

Must have reliable transportation to and from the dispatch location daily. Provide your own basic tools and drill is mandatory.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday (some Sundays as needed), typically starting at 6:00 AM.

Compensation:

Drivers:

$175+ per day (based on experience)

Helpers:

$150+ (based on experience) Performance bonuses available.
