Responsibilities

Pick up all packages

daily from the Flint, MI warehouse

Deliver small parcels to residential and commercial addresses Use your smartphone/GPS to follow efficient routes Ensure all packages are delivered safely and on time Communicate professionally with dispatch when needed

Additional Responsibilities for Sub-Contractors & Team Leads

Oversee your team's daily delivery operations Coordinate route assignments and completion Ensure your team meets quality and on-time delivery standards Act as the main point of contact for your crew

Requirements

Reliable vehicle (Car, SUV, Minivan, or Cargo Van) Valid driver's license + active auto insurance Ability to lift up to

20 lbs

Smartphone required Delivery experience preferred Strong time management and customer service skills

Additional Requirements for Sub-Contractors & Team Leads

Experience supervising or managing drivers Ability to lead, communicate, and coordinate a small team
