Auburn

is growing fast, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated leader to join our team!

As our

Program Director

, you'll help guide a team of coaches and teachers while creating a fun, structured, and inspiring environment where children thrive.

Schedule Example:

Monday-Friday,

12:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Extra hours available during school vacations, holidays, and special events

Hours & Pay:

20-30 hours per week
Starting at

$18/hour

(based on experience)

We're looking for someone who:

Has a

clean background check

and

reliable transportation

Is

18 years or older

Owns a

smartphone or computer

with internet access for team communication Has experience working with

children ages 5-12

Comes with

positive references

Brings a high level of

energy, enthusiasm, and leadership

Is eager to learn and grow within our proven system for inspiring kids
