About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Custodial Staff Member to join our team. This position plays an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine parking garage walks to ensure cleanliness and safety
Clean and maintain elevator rooms
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in common areas
Assist with general custodial duties as assigned
Report maintenance issues as needed

Must be able to meet physical requirements of custodial work
(Preferred but not required: custodial or janitorial experience)*

Expected hours: 40 per week
