North America Communications Specialist

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing Communications and will support our North America communication activities. This includes managing the North America trade show calendar and the execution of the Global Marketing Strategy.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities for marketing in North America
  • Coordinate event participation on a local level with the sales teams and event providers
  • Support communications strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Direct and ensure quality and appropriateness of marketing communications (presentations, collateral materials) on the local level
  • Understand key stakeholder needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze communications activities and events for effectiveness.
  • Report on group-wide marketing activities
  • Help coordinate and execute Group Conference events
  • Must be able to travel based on the needs of the business


We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder
  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent/relevant work experience in Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in communications
  • Experience in managing effective communications activities including press releases, social media, internal communications, conferences and events and e-communications
  • Experience in writing, editing and distributing relevant and effective communication materials (PPt, Design software)
  • Substantial experience of establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders and building contacts and networks
  • Proficiency in InDesign is desirable
