The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a NonProfit Operations Admin to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position will assist NonProfit Groups at American Family Field. Aids in maintaining positive relationships with all groups and assists the NonProfit Coordinator.

Minimum pay rate: $18.00 / hour

• Maintain staffing grid with volunteer numbers, will partner with the NPO Coordinator.
• Assist in training NonProfit group members in company procedures; including alcohol training, guest service training, and technical training, as well as tracking all group members trained
• Assist with check-in and supervision of events when needed with the NPO Coordinator.
• Visible on game days when a new group starts.
• Assist groups in using point of sale system and operating within concessions stands
• Assist in preparing bins and all necessary items for check-in on event days when needed.
• Assist with check-out on event days.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Concessions Manager.
• Office out of American Family Field.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous NonProfit work or experience is a plus
• Excellent guest service and sales skills; ability to adhere to service standards.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with NonProfit groups
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.
• Highly motivated, ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some evening hours and event days.
• Position will require local travel

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry stock items up to 50 pounds.
• Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season.
