Job Title: Nightclub Server (Cocktail Waitress/Bottle Service) We are seeking a talented and experienced Nightclub Server to join our team at Shorefyre, during our "Fyre by Night" club-nights. As a Nightclub Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving cocktails and bottles, and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the nightclub.
• Take and process drink and bottle orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Provide bottle service to VIP guests, including opening and pouring champagne.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Upsell and promote special events and promotions to guests.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cocktail waitress or bottle service in a high-volume nightclub or bar setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
