Has immediate opening for a Full Time Night Dispatcher in Lenexa

Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include but not limited to:

Receive all initial incoming service requests and other calls, quickly within 2 rings. Determines correct routing of calls. Appropriate towing service need & dispatch tow drivers. Serve as the primary customer contact. Accurately record all pertinent information into Tracker software. Clean dispatch/drivers lounge areas according to cleaning schedule. All shifts are required to work weekends & holidays.

Skills/Qualifications:

Strong multi-tasking ability for coordinating location of drivers with pending service calls Knowledge of function & capacity of all equipment dispatched High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of the KC metro & surrounding area, Map-reading (GPS) ability. Strong organizational skills, Dependability, Punctuality, & Accountability a Must! Solid foundation of ethical standards: Honest/Integrity Desire to work hard, have fun, and be team oriented. 2 years experience required
