About the Role

This role is focused on administrative and scheduling support for our client's IT operations. The Network Support Specialist will triage tickets, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with network engineers to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.

What we're looking for

Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., LAN port configuration, IP schemes) Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Strong organizational and scheduling skills Ability to interpret technical information and make informed decisions

Salary - 45,000 - 50,000 salary
