This consultative position is responsible for overseeing and executing internal and external use of MVP\'s Population Health Analytics platform through collaborative consultation, implementation, and training to ensure optimized utilization. This role will work with our subject matter experts across the organization and the vendor partner to develop and manage a successful implementation and utilization strategy focused on quality and risk improvement, high value health, value-based programs, actuarial automation, and population health outcomes. Execute the strategy and monitor/report on platform adoption using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Engage with providers and office staff in consultative approach by highlighting areas for enhanced processes thus further advancing adoption of the analytics platform.

The role will
  • Communicate the transformative capabilities of the Population Health Analytics platform and its ability to deliver improved health outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be accountable for developing, executing, and tracking an adoption strategy, execution of the strategy, and monitor/report on platform adoption in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Lead collaborative efforts to design and create content-specific internal and external training curriculum and programs
  • Coordinate and deliver programs through flexible approaches including onsite, classroom, remote hosted, and self-service web-based models
  • Provide post-implementation support and consultation enabling providers to utilize the population health platform in innovative ways driving better health outcomes
  • Capture and document success stories including rationale; and communicate back with teammates and product manager
  • Contribute to Provider Analytics playbook through content development and education
  • Design, execute, and report on evaluation methods and key performance indicators to measure results
  • Identify risks/barriers to project rollout, timely deliverables, and adoption success
  • Support a continuous feedback loop with MVP stakeholders for platform enhancements and improvements based on provider input
  • Work with a select group of high priority partners on pilot initiatives
  • Travel to MVP offices and provider locations to oversee and execute consultations and engagement
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, healthcare, information science, or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience with increasing responsibilities in consultation, solutioning, account management, informatics, with prior healthcare provider, system, insurance/managed care, or software experience preferred
  • Experience with payer/provider population health analytics and financial reporting required
  • Knowledge of, and experience with utilizing EHR, social determinants of health (SDoH), claims, and Health Information Exchange data
  • Knowledge of, and experience with health plan value-based arrangements, alternative payment models, healthcare risk quality, and population health outcomes
  • Proven ability building relationships and communicating with external and internal parties to deliver key messages, influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and shape outcomes
  • Experience leading program development and management efforts involving consultation, strategy, training, provider/partner engagement, and implementation
  • Experience developing and monitoring delivery of efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
  • Experience performing budget and ROI analysis preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace and utilize technology and other innovative solutions to deliver enhanced processes and results for provider partners
  • Expertise in creating training materials and delivering user training

  • Proficient with Learning Management Systems and other training tools
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Valid driver\'s license and access to vehicle for frequent travel within MVP Health Care\'s service area
