Job Description


GENERAL PURPOSE:

Incumbent will be a member of the Network Solutions and Growth team; primarily responsible for the definition of solutions, guardrails and rules related to emerging network solutions to support new and existing market requirements. Secondarily, responsible for leading and delivering on all aspects of Provider Data Quality Initiatives, Data Governance Support and implementation for the Evernorth Behavioral Segment network management in the Provider Book of Record (HCPm). This will include development of solutions for new and existing data needs, defining provider data usage and system integration/data exchange rules. Incumbent must have the ability to monitor progress against goals and adhere to timely escalation of barriers while providing concise and timely reporting tailored to appropriate stakeholder audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and document business solutions and quality controls to support evolving business needs
  • Support the HCPm Ops and Delivery teams with business definition and usage of provider network capability needs
  • Coordinate with the delivery teams to ensure the appropriate implementation and adoption of business solutions necessary to support new and evolving business needs
  • Partner with Provider Data users to ensure accurate application and usage and consistent business outcomes
  • Actively participate in provider data workgroups focused on the definition, governance, usage and business rules related to network solutions and data
  • React and respond to escalated issues to ensure integrity of data attributes and relationships to ensure consistency in usage across users of provider data and associated business outcomes
  • Works within established architecture to support Intake process, resolve escalated governance issues and lead initiatives as assigned.
  • Analyzing intake requests to determine impact to the current data management environment and balancing new requests with the implementation and delivery priorities and future business needs
  • Establish and develops relationships with key stakeholders and representatives to establish and monitor progress against project goals and objectives.
  • Develops and implements communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks and timely delivery of initiative results.
  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of process/productivity improvement and administrative efficiency that will lead to cost reduction and competitive analysis.
  • Holistically manage solution implementation and adoption through the delivery and implementation.
  • Resolve issues and determine contingency plans and triggers for risks. As needed, escalate issues to appropriate audiences including key business leaders and team members.
  • Partners with matrix organizations to ensure that appropriate action is taken to identify and implement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or equivalent work experience is required; MBA, Agile and/or PMI Certification or Six Sigma training also valued.
  • Understanding of Provider demographic, contract and network data relationships and usage is required.
  • Technical understanding of complex relational data models are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to translate information for different partner and stakeholder audiences required.
  • Proven ability to think and act strategically and influence leadership
  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment is critical.
  • Ability to lead and develop direct and indirect reports required.
  • Proven ability to create and further develop strong relationships with both business and IT leadership
  • Demonstrated project management skills and success
  • Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals
  • 8+ years professional experience in healthcare industry required
  • 5+ years in program and/or solution management related experience required
