Are you a natural leader who loves motivating others and thrives on achieving results? Schulte COnstruction is seeking an energetic, goal-driven Neighborhood Marketing Manager to lead our neighborhood marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

? Recruit, hire, and train Neighborhood Marketers

? Coach and motivate your team to meet daily and weekly goals

? Track performance and report results to management

? Represent our company professionally while promoting our home improvement services in local communities

Qualifications:

? Prior experience in team leadership, sales, or field marketing preferred

? Strong communication and motivational skills

? Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example
