VOLT is partnering with one of the largest industrial tool supply companies in the country for a Northeast Regional Vending Project Manager to oversee the planning and installation of manufacturing tool vending machines for new clients.

With strong compensation packages and truly collaborative teams, this job is a rare opportunity for professionals with manufacturing tool knowledge and strong project management skills.

The job includes: a base salary and 10% annual bonus, with air travel, accommodation, rental car, and other travel expenses paid for.

This role is Monday - Friday with weekends off.

Travel for this role consists of 40% travel throughout the North East United States.

The remaining time is spent working REMOTE from home.

Candidates can be located in: Ohio, Connecticut, Tennessee, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine.

As a Northeast Regional Vending Project Manager you will:
  • Provide sales support on a regional level to market solutions
  • Evaluate customer sites to design and quote scalable, cost effective systems
  • Assist sales staff in completing ROI and client site documentation
  • Participate and oversee the installation and service of inventory management solutions, both hardware and software across all customer locations
  • Develop streamlined processes utilizing scalable software and database customizations
  • Develop training for BlackHawk SCS personnel for newly developed processes
  • Provide oversight and management of all trouble issues for clients
  • Oversee complex database conversions, consolidations, and integrations
  • Assist Director in defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables to support business goals
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, and presentations to senior leadership
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Conduct routine postmortems on large implementations to develop best practices
  • Build and develop business relationships vital to the success of BlackHawk.
  • Develop and drive OPEX saving through streamlined processes with a focus on data forgiving automation
  • Using BHID Project Management tools, will act as the PM on all vending projects within the region. This entails weekly calls with General Managers to work the project plans to on time completions.
  • Direct supervisory responsibilities of Engineered Solutions Supervisors, Senior Engineered Solutions Specialists, and Engineered Solutions Technicians
  • Project Management Experience
  • Maintain OPEX within budget
This is a Full Time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working both independently and in a collaborative environment is essential
  • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Flexible during times of change, including the ability to travel up to 40%
  • Expert level proficiency with software and hardware, specifically AutoCrib, CribMaster and other inventory management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and high-level SQL skills
  • Ability to develop and lead staff to perform support functions and execute trouble shooting measures
  • High level understanding of Networks, IT infrastructure, and emerging technology
  • Excellent problem solving and technical diagnostic skills
Salary: $85k - $95k + 10% Annual Bonus
