This position will work within our Multifamily Apartment division on property assets ranging in size from 150-400 units in the Phoenix, Arizona area and reports to the Vice President. The position will work alongside our team based at the Orange County headquarters and be based at this office, and will require travel to the Arizona properties and possible travel to other locations periodically. This position requires experience with managing a portfolio of multi-family assets at a Regional Manager level. This is a must! Job Summary: Supports and executes the Company\xe2\x80\x99s strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of multi-family properties, and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives for our clients. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance and financial accountability of assigned residential properties and enhancing the operations of said properties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Represents the portfolio of properties in a positive light in a multitude of settings 2. Assists in management oversight of all assigned properties 3. Participates in profit and loss financial management of all assigned properties including budgeting, compliance and forecasting s 4. Overall employee performance responsibility oversight of all assigned properties 5. Assist Vice President in identifying short-term and long-range issues that impact building desirability and leasing demand 6. Builds brand awareness through various forms of marketing for the assets and the management firm 7. Other duties as assigned by management for demands of operation the business Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in property management in residential housing environments, and at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 as a regional manager role. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications or other related field is preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial statements, or governmental regulations. Ability to interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, profits and losses, proportions, percentages. Basic Math skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Email. RESMAN, YARDI, ONSITE experience strongly preferred. Must be able to quickly adapt to new online, web-based programs used in the day-to-day management. Certificates and Licenses: Property Management Certification, preferred but not required Valid California Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has supervisory responsibilities directly to the property managers of assigned sites. Work Environment: The individual in this role will work in an office environment most of the time and regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this role. The individual will also frequently be required to travel by car, walk and stand throughout the residential community, greeting and speaking with residents, employees, and vendors daily. Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Work Location: Based at our Corporate office in California then On the road 50% of the time
