Summary
We are growing fast and looking for an experienced NCR ALOHA Senior Software Support Technician to support our clients! The NCR ALOHA Senior Software Support Technician provides remote installation, repair and support services for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, networks, and other services and solutions supported by Solugenix. Successfully manages identification and resolution of customer issues. Supports system implementation and engages customer and team members in completing projects on-time and on-budget. Actively participates as a key part of a growing team that is obsessed with quality, and customer service.
Required: 2-year of technical troubleshooting experience exclusive to NCR/Aloha POS system, any applications without this minimum level of experience will be dismissed. Preferred 3 years of experience.
Hourly rate: $20-23/HR DOE

100% Remote position.
