Mid-Ohio Pipeline Services

We are looking for an experienced construction superintendent with a strong knowledge in station work, tie-ins, terminal work, mechanical skills, pipeline work, who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. You\'ll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish for stake holders. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing general contractors highly preferred. Responsibilities

• Reduce accidents and delays on construction sites by ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and reporting any problems to the project manager as soon as they arise
• Confirm that every construction project produces a high-quality finished product, supervise construction workers, execute regular on-site inspections, and provide feedback as needed
• Address the project\'s costs with clients to ensure that it remains within budget
• Work with the department team to continually improve product services to clients
• Recruit qualified subcontractors and ensure they have proper qualifications
• Communicate and adhere to strict safe work regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in compressor settings, station work, tie-ins, terminal work,
• Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
• At least 5 years progressive pipeline experience building pipelines and facilities
• Plan Document reading/takeoff experience
• Concrete work/ knowledge
• Ability to direct 3-12 subordinates
• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers

Compensation:

$150,000 +DOE
