Job Description

The National Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and expanding national client relationships for Caduceus USA's Occupational Medicine and Employer Health Services. This role focuses on selling comprehensive occupational health programs--including pre-employment physicals, DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, onsite testing events, and injury management solutions--to employers, brokers, and safety professionals nationwide.

The representative works closely with clinic operations, HR, and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales



Identify and pursue new national and regional employer accounts across key industries (manufacturing, logistics, transportation, education, and government). Develop tailored proposals for occupational health, drug testing, and wellness service packages. Conduct virtual and onsite presentations highlighting Caduceus USA's clinic network, onsite testing capabilities, and compliance standards. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, including RFP and bid submissions. Maintain and update CRM records, pipeline tracking, and performance reports.

2. Client Relationship Management



Serve as the primary liaison for assigned national and multi-location accounts. Conduct quarterly account reviews and ensure consistent communication with client safety, HR, and compliance departments. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely scheduling, invoicing, and service delivery for onsite events and clinic-based services. Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining professional and compliant client relations.

3. Strategic Growth & Market Outreach



Collaborate with leadership to expand Caduceus USA's footprint into new markets and industries. Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and safety association events to promote brand visibility. Build relationships with corporate wellness coordinators, risk managers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and evolving employer health requirements.

4. Reporting & Compliance



Ensure all proposals, contracts, and service agreements comply with company policy, HIPAA, DOT, and applicable federal/state regulations. Submit monthly sales reports, forecasts, and key performance data to leadership. Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewals, and client communication in CRM.

Qualifications



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required).

Experience:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B or healthcare sales, preferably in occupational medicine, employer health, or diagnostic services. Demonstrated success developing and closing multi-site corporate accounts. Knowledge of DOT and non-DOT drug/alcohol testing, physical exams, and compliance standards preferred.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with professional presentation ability. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend strategic occupational health solutions. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50%).

Performance Metrics / KPIs



New client acquisition and account expansion. Quarterly and annual revenue targets. Onsite service contract activations and renewals. Client satisfaction and retention rate. Proposal-to-close conversion ratio.

Work Environment

Pay: $84,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
