Independent Sales Representative (1099) - Digital Marketing Agency

We're a growing Bay Area marketing agency looking for motivated sales representatives to help us build and expand our national client base. This role begins as a commission-only 1099 opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time salaried position once performance targets are met. Whether you're new to sales or already experienced, this is a chance to grow with a fast-paced, supportive team.

Your Responsibilities

Prospect, reach out, and bring new clients on board Conduct intro calls and discovery meetings (mostly via Zoom) Present service offerings and customized pricing proposals Close deals and match clients with the marketing services they need

Your Profile

Interested in or experienced with sales and business development Strong communicator who can build rapport and trust quickly Proactive, ambitious, and able to work independently Organized, driven by results, and motivated by earning potential
