Overview
The Domestic Sales Manager leads SlotCycle's sales strategy and execution across the U.S. commercial and tribal gaming markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and distributors. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, data-driven sales leader who understands the gaming equipment ecosystem and can scale a high-performance sales operation.
You'll work closely with the CEO. The position offers significant visibility and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute SlotCycle's domestic sales strategy, including territory planning and revenue forecasting.
Set clear targets for sales performance, pipeline growth, and profitability across product lines (parts, refurbished equipment, white-glove consignment).
Lead the development of pricing, negotiation, and deal-closure frameworks.
Identify and build relationships with key accounts, casino operators, OEMs, and regional distributors.
Team Development & Coaching
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of regional Account Managers and Sales Representatives.
Establish performance metrics and incentive structures that drive accountability and results.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance coaching sessions.
Promote a culture of customer service excellence, urgency, and execution.
Client & Market Expansion
Strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new accounts.
Develop and manage key partnerships with tribal and commercial gaming operators nationwide.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and association events to represent SlotCycle and grow brand visibility.
Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns that support lead generation and brand growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Finance to ensure fulfillment, regulatory accuracy, and profit optimization.
Provide client and market feedback to inform product and service innovation.
Ensure alignment between customer needs and SlotCycle's service delivery capabilities.
Reporting & Analytics
Track, analyze, and present sales performance data using CRM dashboards and internal reporting systems.
Provide leadership with accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Monitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
