Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Utilize your knowledge of color theory to recommend nail designs that suit clients' preferences and styles. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products to enhance their experience at home. Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement services and encourage upselling. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that fosters creativity and teamwork.

Experience

A valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required. Proven experience in nail care services, with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Familiarity with hair extensions, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking is beneficial. Ability to perform additional services such as hair threading or dermabrasion is an advantage. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
