We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for music and music education. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans for one on one lessons and fostering a positive learning environment. The Music Instructor will work with children and adults alike, providing tailored instruction that meets the diverse needs of our students.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive music curricula that cater to various skill levels and learning styles.
Conduct individual and group music lessons, focusing on technique, theory, and performance skills.
Engage with students through creative teaching methods that may include singing, instrument playing, and music appreciation activities.
Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into broader educational programs.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
Requirements
Strong knowledge/proficiency with all the main 'rock' instruments (Guitar, drums, bass, piano)
Familiarity with various genres of music, including rock
Strong lesson management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
Prior teaching experience is a plus
