Atlas Property Management maintains 90+ employees and a hardworking, yet flexible, work environment. Atlas manages fourteen, 100+ unit complexes. We strive for exceptional customer service, look to minimize costs, and seek to exceed expectations.

We are looking for an energetic leasing agent for one of our Muskogee apartment complexes. The position involves:

Advertising the complex and individual units for lease Detailed record-keeping of each unit and its tenant(s) Answering phone calls, emails, and company texts Staging units for viewing Speaking with potential tenants and "selling" the complex Inspecting units upon move-out to observe damages, etc. Updating the company server and website Scheduling cleaners and other workers Ensuring quality and professionalism
Position hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with rotating weekends required. Candidates with prior experience in leasing apartments are preferred, but not required. Applicants must have prior computer experience, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
