We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective leadership skills, as you will be responsible for supervising teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project schedules using MS Project and other construction management software.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Review contracts and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents for accurate execution of plans.
Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation and communication among team members.
Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Train and supervise construction staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Perform construction estimating to determine project costs accurately.
Skills
Proficient in construction management software including Bluebeam.
Strong understanding of contracts related to construction projects.
Extensive experience in managing construction sites with a focus on quality control and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
Excellent budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in project estimating.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Familiarity with podium construction is a plus. This role is essential for the successful execution of our projects, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of construction management.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
