Position Overview:

MuleSoft Developer supports the development and implementation of an enterprise project using the

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

. This role focuses on building secure, scalable APIs that enable near real-time data sharing across Medicare, Medicaid, and program integrity systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

System, Process, and Experience APIs

using MuleSoft. Implement API-led connectivity to integrate multiple source systems. Develop APIs compliant with

HL7 FHIR

and CMS interoperability standards. Configure API security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role-based access. Support API testing, deployment, and monitoring in lower and production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve API performance, data mapping, and integration issues. Create and maintain API documentation and data flow diagrams.

Required Skills:

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager) RESTful APIs, JSON, XML Healthcare integration and FHIR standards Secure data exchange in federal environment

Education:

Bachelor's degree and SAFe Agile Certification are required.

Must be a US Citizen OR Green card and have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.
