Description:

The MSAT Associate is part of a team responsible for technical and scientific support for internal manufacturing of Seagen products. The candidate collaborates with peers and project team members to support technology transfers and provides technical support relating to manufacturing processes, change controls, process qualification, technology implementation projects and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting manufacturing activities for clinical and commercial manufacturing

• Authoring and review of technical documentation

• Supporting tech transfer of processes into internal manufacturing facilities

• Supporting investigations of process-related deviations to facilitate closure in a timely, comprehensive, and conclusive manner

• Supporting facility-fit assessments, impact assessments, and gap analyses for GMP manufacturing

• Supporting process and procedural changes to improve process performance, robustness, and productivity

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cell culture, purification and/or conjugation operations.

• Experience with equipment utilized in cGMP manufacturing facilities preferred

• The ability to work effectively in small matrix teams in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as on cross-functional and cross-site teams

• Experience in GMP biologics manufacturing preferred

• Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations preferred

• Strong communication skills and computer literacy are essential

• BS or MS degree in chemical engineering, biochemistry, or related discipline with a minimum of 1-year relevant industry experience
