About the Role:

As a

Mortgage Team Lead

, you'll be responsible for coaching and driving a team of Loan Officers to success. You'll lead from the front--motivating your team, monitoring performance, and providing hands-on support in an ever-evolving mortgage landscape. This is a high-responsibility role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and support a team of Loan Officers to meet and exceed performance goals Oversee pipeline activity and ensure efficient daily operations Train and onboard new team members on best practices, compliance, and CRM systems Conduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and growth Collaborate with management to implement performance strategies and optimize workflow Ensure all client interactions reflect Icon Lending's commitment to service and integrity

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in the mortgage industry or a high-performance sales environment Strong time management and multitasking skills Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and mortgage lending guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A solutions-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a competitive setting Previous experience in training, coaching, or interviewing is a strong plus

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
