JOB DESCRIPTION:

The responsibilities include under general supervision verification of data integrity. File gathering, uploading and submission to underwriter directly. Clear loan conditions assigned for final approval to submit to closing. Order credit rescores, supplements. Candidate will work directly under the supervision of processing manager/ Jr Underwriter. Candidate will receive an approved loan and will work conditions to closing. Candidate will be assigned a healthy mixture or FHA/CONV/VA/ & Non-QM loans with training and assistance available to help processor reach Senior level if not currently proficient in all products and guidelines.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

May include, but not be limited to the following:

Work with loan officers, borrowers & underwriters to clear PTDs for CTC.*
Coordinate with AMC on appraisal orders, rebuttal of values.*
Clear Title/Escrow liens & SOLAR/2nd lien subordination packages if applicable.*
May have to request wires from warehouse on certain files and upload note/allonge for post close.*
Ensure confidentiality of client files & maintain compliance in LOS (HMDA) and document server.*
Other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management.*

The employee shall demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors. Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications:

2+ YEARS OF CORRESPONDENT PROCESSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

3+ YEARS OF WORKING WITH ENCOMPASS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
