top-tier, SPANISH SPEAKING Mortgage Loan Processor

to join our high-performing local team. In this key role, you'll support

three of the top-producing Loan Officers in the company

--including the CEO's personal production--by managing loan files from contract to close with precision, care, and clear communication. This is a

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process a pipeline of residential mortgage loans from contract to close. Structure and restructure loan files to meet investor and underwriting guidelines. Maintain proactive and professional communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders. Identify potential issues in advance and resolve them to ensure timely closings. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor (retail or correspondent experience preferred). Deep understanding of conventional loan products and guidelines (FHA/VA a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Encompass experience is a plus.
