A Typical Day:

The

Mortgage Fulfillment Manager

acts as a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development and culture building. As the

Mortgage Fulfillment Manager

, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team.

The Mortgage Fulfillment Manager will supervise and ensure their team performs the following:+

Condition Review & Audit:

Oversee and manage all work commencing once the loan reaches the Conditional Approval milestone in Encompass Web. +

Document Verification:

Ensure the team meticulously reviews all documents provided by the Broker, consumer, or service provider for

accuracy and completeness

against all open external conditions.
+

System Maintenance:

Monitor and ensure all documents are correctly

attached to the associated condition

within Encompass.
+

Condition Action:

Guide the team in taking appropriate steps to

clear, re-request, or create the necessary internal review

for the party responsible for the document.
+

Identifying All Open Conditions:

Ensure the team critically examines the Conditions Screen to identify all open conditions, typically those in

Requested

and

Re-requested

status, during every document review.
+

Process Management:

Lead the team to be prepared for complex scenarios where a single document may satisfy

multiple conditions

, or conversely, where

multiple documents

are needed to satisfy one condition.
+ Be responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives
+ Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met
+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned
+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values


What You'll Bring:
5+ years of Mortgage Loan Processing or Review Experience. 2+ years of supervisory experience required. Analytical Skills: Must possess and foster exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills within the team to quickly assess document validity and completeness against underwriting requirements. Industry Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of mortgage loan documentation and the Conditional Approval/Underwriting process. Communication: Strong written communication skills for clear and professional internal and external correspondence.

Compensation:

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role


Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.


Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 Work Model: OFFICE
