Your Role as Lead Montessori Teacher

Guide a small, multi-age KG-2nd grade class using Montessori philosophy Bring learning to life with hands-on projects that build real-world skills Support each child's emotional, social, and academic development Collaborate with a passionate, purpose-driven team Contribute to our mission of raising thoughtful, capable change-makers

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degreein Education or a related field At least 4 years of experiencein a Montessori setting Lower Elementary Montessori Certification*
A deep love for nature, creativity, and meaningful learning Strong classroom management in multi-age environments Tech-comfortable (we use digital tools for communication and planning on Transparent Classroom) Passionate about holistic education and life-skills learning Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
