Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift! This shift requires Monday AND Tuesday availability. In this vibrant position, you will be responsible for managing front desk activities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your attention to detail and passion for hospitality will help create memorable experiences for every visitor.

What you'll do

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently. Uphold the highest standards of guest relations by providing personalized service and support. Assist in training new front desk staff on procedures and best practices.

Skills

Stong communication skills, not only with guests but other shifts as well. Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
