Join Our Team - Per Diem Mobile IV Nurses Wanted

Mobile IV Therapy 2U | Serving the Greater Portland Metro, Eugene, Vancouver, Bend, Medford, Vancouver, Olympia, and Yakima, SW Washington

We're currently hiring

licensed per diem nurses (RN, LPN, LVN, or NP)

to join our growing mobile IV therapy team. This is a flexible, on-the-go opportunity ideal for self-motivated nurses looking to work independently while delivering exceptional care in-home or at client-requested locations.

You'll use your own vehicle to travel to clients in your designated area. Our administrative team provides active lead generation and digital marketing support, but you'll also have the freedom to develop your own regular clientele for even more income potential.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, confident nurses with strong IV placement skills Organized, communicative, and responsive professionals comfortable working independently A strong sense of urgency--clients often request services with short notice Someone comfortable with driving and making supply runs as needed Nurses who are available at least

3 days per week

and on most

weekends

for optimal lead conversion

Key Responsibilities

Administer IV drips and IM injections for hydration, recovery, immunity, energy, and more Lab draws Coordinate directly with admin via phone, text, or apps for patient details and schedule updates Maintain detailed, accurate documentation via platforms like JotForm Provide high-quality, compassionate care in home, hotel, and event settings Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and colleagues

Requirements

Active RN, LPN, LVN, or NP license (IV certification required for LVNs/LPNs) Current professional liability insurance (1099 contractor position) Reliable personal vehicle and driver's license Willingness to purchase and restock your own IV supplies Tech-savvy enough to navigate mobile-friendly systems for charting and scheduling Ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of your home base (travel fee added for longer distances) Must be

At Mobile IV Therapy 2U, we are a mobile wellness service offering IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and holistic support in the comfort of our clients' homes. We are looking for self-motivated, reliable nurses who value a holistic approach to health and are passionate about promoting wellness from the inside out.

Important Details About the Role:

This is a per diem, on-call position

-- there are no guaranteed or set hours. You are contacted when a session is scheduled and paid per completed visit.

You are paid a percentage of the service fee plus 100% of any tips

, which are common and often generous. The more available you are--especially weekends--the greater the earning potential.

You must be comfortable going into clients' homes alone.

This is an independent role where you will operate autonomously the majority of the time.

Nurses are responsible for purchasing and managing all their own supplies

, including IV fluids, vitamins, medications, and basic materials such as gloves, IV catheters, and dressings. First buy of supplies is around $1700-2000 please only apply if you are ready for this commitment.

Being highly organized and accountable is a must

, as you'll need to track your inventory and be ready for visits on short notice.

A strong understanding of vitamins, wellness therapies, and a holistic mindset is essential.
