What You'll Do

Perform

full interior and exterior vehicle detailing

using our proven SOPs and checklists Perform

ceramic coating applications

and

paint correction

for higher-end jobs Drive the

company vehicle

to appointments across the Denver metro area Communicate professionally with clients and deliver five-star service every time Keep detailing tools, chemicals, and the vehicle organized and clean Upsell maintenance plans and protection packages (bonuses available)

What We Offer

Pay:

$20-$27/hr (based on skill, experience, and consistency)

Bonuses:

Commission + performance-based pay after training

Training:

Paid hands-on training (we'll teach you everything)

Schedule:

Full-time, consistent 40 hours/week

What We're Looking For

1+ year of auto detailing or car care experience preferred

(not required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Great communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Self-motivated with strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
