We're a growing mobile detailing company looking for an
experienced auto detailer with their own vehicle
to join our team. This role pays
$22/hour plus 100% of your tips
. With consistent work and high customer demand, you can expect $150-$250+ on busy days.
What You'll Do:
Drive your personal vehicle to customer homes and businesses for full-service auto details
Deliver high-quality interior and exterior cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, and finishing work
Use company-provided professional equipment and supplies
Communicate with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction
Maintain consistency, speed, and attention to detail on every job
Pay Structure:
$22/hour + you keep 100% of tips
Average tips: $20-$60 per job (clients tip on ~50% of jobs)
Paid weekly via Square Payroll
Requirements:
Must use your own personal vehicle for the job (mileage is your responsibility)
Prior detailing experience (professional or equivalent)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, honesty, and customer-first mindset
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Phone with text/call capability
Schedule:
Flexible hours -- most work is between 8 AM - 6 PM, Mon-Sat
Start part-time (3-6 jobs per week) during fall and winter
Full-time (30-40 hrs/week) during peak seasons spring/summer
Full schedule flexibility - link you Google calendar to block clients from booking at certain times for any reason - Or only set schedule to be available monday-wednesday, thursday-saturday, Ect.
