Installer

. Serving as the face of our company out in the field, you will help install projects in Northern VA, Maryland, and DC on location, including custom metal products such as fabricated assemblies and ornamental and structural steel. You'll interpret work orders, operate forklifts, assist in rigging duties, and assemble metal products. Welding, trimming, filing, grinding, buffing, and smoothing are also required.

What it takes

High school diploma/GED or 3-6 months of related experience or training Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic math skills. Ability to interpret specs and other instructions, read tape measures, and provide basic layouts with laser levels. Ability to lift or move 50 to 100 pounds, as well as climb to high, precarious places when necessary. Stamina to work outside in all weather conditions. A valid driver's license.
