Applicants must qualify for, or hold, a Nebraska Administrative certificate with middle grade level Principal endorsement. The ideal applicant will possess relevant experience as a middle school teacher and administrator, model high-quality instructional practices, be an approachable, skilled, communicator who can connect with students and families, lead a diverse staff to maximize their potential, and maintain a safe, caring, trauma-informed school environment.
