Position Summary: The MEP Project Manager provides leadership to the project team, and is responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, & plumbing design/construction capital projects, ensuring projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Position Description:

• Reviews and is responsible for the project\xe2\x80\x99s in-depth schedule of deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinates, directs, and monitors onsite and offsite activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects and related performing entities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing and scheduling.
• Facilitates project meetings on status reports and work, to ensure plans and execution adhere to contract specifications.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with Federal, State and local agencies.
• Conducts field inspections, review contractor invoicing and maintain project cost control.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manages, and mitigate risks.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time, or reside in proximity to job site location
• Must have prior experience in multi-use hospitality projects of $100M or more
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience. Equivalent construction experience accepted.
• Knowledgeable of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the engineering design/construction process.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient with design/construction software.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be highly organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
