Job Description

We are a growing start-up company looking for a Mentor and Coach to join our community. As a Mentor and Coach, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help our community, including researching, sharing, and mentoring others to succeed with their Side Hustles through better Sales and Marketing tactics. Our community encompasses content creators, freelancers, independent workers, gig workers, resellers & thrifters, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and small business owners.

You will join a community focused on side hustles, including:

• Content Creator \xe2\x80\x94 YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
• Reselling and Thrifting \xe2\x80\x94 including eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others
• E-Commerce \xe2\x80\x94 including Amazon, Shopify, and your own online store
• Gig Economy \xe2\x80\x94 like DoorDash, Uber, or Lyft
• Freelancing and Consulting \xe2\x80\x94 social media marketing, graphic design, and more
• Online Business \xe2\x80\x94 including blogging, podcasting, and online courses
• Local Services \xe2\x80\x94 including cleaning, knife sharpening, notary services, pet waste removal, and more
• Self-Publishing \xe2\x80\x94 including Kindle Direct Publishing and Canva

Requirements

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and side hustles
• A willingness to share know-how through video, livestream, audio, and text
• Have a passion for:

• Freelancing and Consulting \xe2\x80\x94 social media marketing, graphic design, and more
• E-Commerce \xe2\x80\x94 including Amazon, Shopify, and your own online store
• Reselling and Thrifting \xe2\x80\x94 including eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others
• Creator Economy \xe2\x80\x94 YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
• Online Business \xe2\x80\x94 including blogging, podcasting, and online courses

• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content creation
