What You'll Do

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in our diverse community. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.

What You Bring

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC). Actively pursuing or holding LCSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts. Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. A passion for serving diverse populations and making a meaningful difference. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Pay: $42.50 - $85.00 per hour
