About the Role
As a Dream Mental Health Clinician, you will provide
in-home and community-based therapy
to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in settings where clients feel most comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, or group therapy in-home or community settings
Develop and implement treatment plans using appropriate evidence-based modalities
Maintain timely, ethical, and confidential clinical documentation
Collaborate with referral sources, care managers, and other providers as needed
Communicate your clinical approach clearly and consistently
Participate in monthly supervision (waived for fully independent NJ licensees)
Qualifications
Active
New Jersey license
: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT
Availability to work
evenings and/or weekends
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
Commitment to clinical ethics, professional standards, and confidentiality
