We are currently looking for a Health and Wellness Director.

As the Memory Care Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the needs of all residents, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with state regulations, and supporting the caregiving team.

Key Responsibilities of the Memory Care Administrator include:

Resident Care and Clinical Oversight
Leadership and Staff Management
Regulatory Compliance
Family and Community Relations


Qualifications for this position are:

Administrator Certification.
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of dementia care practices, assisted living regulations, and care planning.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
Flexibility to respond to after-hours needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call duties.
