: 25 hours/week M-F 1:30-6:30pm, with potential for more summer hours
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake is seeking a dynamic Membership Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our organization. If you're passionate, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff
Field inquiries from parents and families, assist with youth registration and renewals, and provide exceptional customer service
Help coordinate member events and meetings
Organize office supplies and handle payments
Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Needed Knowledge:
Some front desk, office, or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs, with the ability to learn new software tools as needed
Excellent organizational skills
Able to handle personal information with sensitivity and confidentiality
Able to communicate effectively over the phone, in person, and over email
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a lively, energetic environment
Requirements:
Spanish-speaking fluency
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
21 years and over required (to meet driving requirements), be willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans
Job Preferences:
2 years of office experience
1 year of experience working with youth
