Qualifications:

Valid New Hampshire Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) License Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate attitude and dedication to resident-centered care

Position Overview:

As a Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA), you will play a crucial role in administering medications and assisting our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your responsibilities will include:


Accurately administering medications according to prescribed schedules Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions or side effects Documenting medication administration and resident observations Assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care
